Masters degree in Education, specializing in consultation.

  • Doctorate in applied psychology with post-doctoral training in evaluation and treatment of children and adolescents with significant developmental, neuro-developmental and Traumatic Brain Injury at Crotched Mountain Rehabilitation and School as well as Children’s Specialty Hospital.

  • Active Certification as School Psychologist, School Counselor and School Principal State of New Hampshire, Department of Education. Certificate #40687 Exp. 06/30/2013

  • District-Level Administrative, Management and Leadership experience in the area of Special Education, Pupil Personnel, Guidance and College Advising as well as Section 504 coordination. 

  • Expert Witness in several significant Special Education cases in New Hampshire.

  • Independent Evaluator providing clear, unbiased and astute evaluations and practical recommendations.

  • Faculty of Education with focus on Special Education & Education of Exceptional learners as well as Developmental Educational Psychology.

  • Special Advisor to New Hampshire Senator Bob Smith during the 1997 IDEA Reauthorization legislation.
